I operate a 24 hour cancellation and amendment policy
If you cancel a booking more than 24 hours ahead of the start time you will receive a full refund. Please note, refunds are processed instantly but may take 2-3 days to show on your bank statement depending on your bank provider.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
'Cool off period for short notice bookings’
Please note i operate a 30 minute 'cool off' period for short notice bookings (i.e. appointment start time is within 24 hours) whereby you can cancel your appointment for a full refund if you cancel within 30 minutes of making your booking.
Once the 30 minutes has passed, if you cancel your booking and the appointment start time is within 24 hours you will not receive a refund.
